Biography:

Growing up in the poorer, rougher town of Erith, Tom Thomas wanted nothing more than to be rich and able to travel the world. His father worked in partnership with the local butcher and his mother did sewing repairs for those in need and to make some extra money to try and support their family of eight. Being the third child and second son, Tom had no remorse for telling his family he was going to look for work when he was knowingly headed out to find the best sounding buccaneer with which to sign on.

Tom has supposedly been on the straight and narrow for about a year, said to be inspired by an old acquaintance who quit the business before him. However, his unsatisfied lust for gold might just be the end of him – or his infatuation with the stand-in cabin girl.
