Biography:

Originally picked up by a merchant ship, Bill was traded for by Captain Taylor as a birthday present for Jacq that the two co-owned. Jacq, spending more time with him, had a much stronger bond with him.

When left at the inn, Jacq offered to send Bill home with Taylor, but the captain insisted she keep him. He has been her loyal companion for over 13 years now.
